The Initial Permit class is on both Saturday and Sunday, starting at 8am and ending about 5pm. 

To conduct the class, a minimum of 5 students must be signed up and fee paid by the Wednesday before the class. If a minimum of 5 students has not been reached by then, your registration will be automatically rolled over to the next available initial permit class.

REFUND POLICY: CLASS FEES PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND A CLASS, YOUR FEE WILL BE ROLLED OVER TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS. SUBMITTING THIS FORM INDICATES YOU ARE AWARE OF AND AGREE WITH THIS REFUND POLICY.
